in on at บอกเวลาและสถานที่ มีหลักการใช้อย่างไร..?

in on at เป็นคำบุพบท Prepositions ที่ใช้ทำหน้าที่เชื่อมคำ วลี เข้ากับคำอื่นๆในประโยค เพื่อบ่งบอกถึงเวลา (Prepositions of time) หรือสถานที่ ตำแหน่ง (Prepositions of place) เพื่อให้ประโยคได้ใจความสละสลวยสมบูรณ์ขึ้น

on ใช้กับเวลาที่เจาะจงมากขึ้น เช่น

• วัน > on Monday
• วันที่ > on 1^st
• วันต่างๆ > on my birthday, on Christmas, on Loy KraTong, on the weekend, on holiday ฯลฯ
• I won’t go to school on Monday. (ผมจะไม่ไปโรงเรียนวันจันทร์)
• I’ll go on holiday next week. (ผมจะหยุดพักผ่อนในอาทิตย์หน้า)

at เวลาที่ระบุเฉพาะ เช่น

• เวลา > at 9 pm., at 10 o’clock
• สำนวนที่เกี่ยวกับเวลา > at noon, at night, at lunchtime, at the same time ฯลฯ
• He will meet me at 2 pm. (เขาจะพบฉันตอน 14.00 น.)
• She always goes to bed at midnight. (เธอมักจะเข้านอนตอนเที่ยงคืนเสมอ)

in ใช้กับสถานที่ที่เป็นพื้นที่ขนาดใหญ่ เช่น

• ทวีป ประเทศ > in Asia, in Thailand
• รัฐ เมือง จังหวัด อำเภอ ตำบล > in Sydney, in Bangkok, in the city, in BanRai subdistrict

on ใช้กับสถานที่ที่เป็นที่แคบลง เช่น

• ชื่อถนน > on Rama 2 road, on Ratchadamnoen road
• ชั้นของตึกอาคาร > on the 1^st  floor, on the second floor
• บนสิ่งของ บนพื้นผิว > on the plane, on the table, on the ground, on the bus
• I got on a wrong bus yesterday. (ฉันขึ้นรถผิดเมื่อวาน)
• Prem lives on the 4^th floor. (เปรมอาศัยอยู่ชั้น 4)
• The pictures are hung on the wall. (รูปภาพแขวนอยู่บนฝาผนัง)

at ใช้ระบุสถานที่อยู่ สถานที่เฉพาะเจาะจง เช่น

• ที่อยู่ > at 261 Phet Kasem rd. Bangkhae, Bangkok.
• สถานที่เฉพาะเจาะจง > at the train station, at the bus stop, at the school office, at work
• My address at 16 Nakhon Chaisi rd. Dusit, Bangkok.
• He is at home. (เขาอยู่ที่บ้าน)
• I waited at the airport for 2 hours. (ผมรอที่สนามบิน 2 ชม.)
